  • Screening, interviewing, 360 degree evaluation and shortlisting to gauge fitment.
  • Salary negotiations and successful closures by explaining and convincing the candidate of better terms & prospects and at the same time keeping the company’s interest in view.
  • Post offer, we counsel the candidate to a smooth induction into the job to be an asset to the organisation.
  • Live contact with the candidate and company to make sure that both are happy, satisfied and that there are no grievances or blocks.
